I think a nice flowy solid colored tank top tucked in or let loose with a bright statement or bubbled necklace would look great! If the lace shorts are black then I think a white or light colored tank would look the best and I would pick a necklace that goes well with the shirt. Like a bright blue, teal, or pink
A really long maybe white or creamy colored flowy shirt that u can tuck in and be loose
