What is "nice-casual" dress code?

No you can't, LOL! And you shouldn't anyway! Full professional outfit. Forget the "casual" part. A full pant suit with blazer, blouse and long flare bottom pants that cover your shoes and drag the floor and wear 4 inch stilettos and pantyhose. Also, hair in a high tight ponytail, full makeup, nice jewelry and long square French tip acrylic nails.

Yes, dress and heels

I'd wear a knee length dress or skirt with a modest blouse, wearing flats or heels. Black dress pants are nice, too.

It's similar to smart-casual. Casual,?but?more?presentable.??
