Summer: Since you can't wear shorts, you should just wear skinny jeans and leggings. Wear simple tshirts, maybe a band tee, a white or black shirt, or something like that. make it simple so you can accessorise a lot and it won't look like too much. Wear bracelets, necklaces, rings, and make your shoes colourful, to bring some color to the outfit.
Winter: Just wear jeans or leggings if its not too cold. I recommend you layer things, for example, you can wear a simple fray tshirt, a flannel and then an oversized jacket. Layering is not only cute, but it keeps you warm, and its also very comfy. Remember that accessories are very important. Wear sweaters and boots, if you're having a lazy day and want to be comfortable.

A solid top with a floral skirt and flats, a graphic tee with skinny jeans and converse, A motorcycle jacket with a white top underneath with a denim skirt and booties. Accessories all these looks with headbands, pretty hair clips, bracelets, necklaces and earrings.
I'm starting my second year of middle school so hopefully style will be the same!
Late Summer:
I would wear skinny jeans or a cute skater skirt for bottoms. For tops, I would wear just something cute that maybe shows a bit of stomach if it isn't violating the dress code. And for shoes, try flip flops like Rainbows or sandals.

Winter:
Wear skinny jeans, leggings, or yoga pants. For tops, wear sweaters or anything from Victoria's Secret Pink, or even a summer top if it isn't too cold. Shoes are probably the most important thing in winter, and I'd reccomend Ugg boots or Sperrys! Good luck!

Everything..jackets
I have the same problem, since I had to wear khaki, navy pants, and Polo shirts, I literally had nothing in my closet. I'm going to ninth grade this year so I'm just shopping around in different stores. I suggest going to stores with sales so you can get a whole bunch of clothes for less. ( I'm about to go to Ross and Kohls). As for outfits, look around. Choose what you like, I love skirts, combat boots, and scarves. Everyone has different taste. Hope I helped :)
