Jansport is an amazing choice! They are very reliable and are right at your price point. They never go out of style so you could wear it for years. Just stick with a plain old Jansport in aplain color so that it never clashes with your outfits~

Tillys has some good ones but I'm not sure about size. I would try jansport but it might be over your budget. I would try tillys.
