I need some bra help please!?

Hmm I think the answers depend on where you live. I think there are different sizing guides for the US and UK. First of all, I don't think you're in the 30 range, you say yourself it's too tight, and also I'm a 27.5/28 inch and I wear a 32. You add five inches if it's an odd number, four if it's even to get your band size. Then you calculate the difference between your band measurement and bust size.

You could be a 32D in that case, however I have a 32" bust and I wear 32C's, and they fit beautifully. For me, 32B's were not totally uncomfortable, its just there was a bit of boob coming out the sides which didn't look the best but felt ok. Do what someone else said and try on both a 32C and D and see how they compare to the B. You might only realise when you try them on. May I also say, it depends on shop to shop. When I went to Ann Summer's website they said a 28-33 was a 32C but when I took my bra off and ended up a 28-32 they said I was a 32B when I clearly wasn't as my B's were not fitting properly. I say, if you can't find your proper size (after you get professionally measured as well) and fit (if the bras don't feel comfortable at all) then stick to what you have, at the end of the day it's all about comfort and support.

i am relaxing and i re measured a lot and everytime its 27 and 31, does that mean im a 30D? a 32d would never fit me, who can i go see to help with my bra fitting, do you think that having such small boobs will make it weird for me to go see someone about it? and the b fits me okay i guess

try going to a shop to get yourself professionaly fitted

27 around the ribs, 32 around the fullest part that would make you. question: are you relaxing as your measuring? no sucking in your breath etc. how does the cup fit you? are you hanging out of the b cup a bit? according to these measurements you've given, youd be a 32d. the 30 was really tight for you before because you were still getting it in a b cup. with a larger cup, the 30 would have accommodated for the band fit. go to the shops and try on a 32 d and see how that feels. try this link: http://www.85b.org/bra_calc.php
