I would probably do white jeans with a black shirt, or black jeans with a white shirt. If you can find some accessories like a necklace or some bracelets that match that shoe, I would definitely buy them and wear them with the outfit. Stores like Forever 21 will have a lot of jewelry that could match. Wait until you get the shoes in the mail before you look for the jewelry though because then you can take them with you so that you can match them perfectly. Hope i helped, good luck xx
