How about you don't wear them at all :(
I think it would look cute paired with a plain red oversized t-shirt or tank top to accent the red color in the leggings and a simple necklace. You could really pull any of the colors from the leggings and wear a plain top with it. You could do black sandals, a white top with some red earrings. Another look to try is pairing a cream tank with an oversized chambray shirt over like a cardigan and roll the sleeves so it's not too hot. If you like crop tops they look cute with patterned leggings too! Just pull a similar color from the leggings and you can do a lot!
