I agree dont buy the shoes just to fit in...there are plenty of other shoes you can wear. Converse, TOMS, Sperry's, or the nike free run or the roshes....theres plenty more sneakers to buy. The Jordans, i admit they have a few nice ones but they reuse the same style just change the color and charge more. Shop around. Also, dont be afraid to walk into a footlocker/footaction and tell them your price range and which sneakers are nice or 'popular' . I do it all the time. I'm not trying to spend 240$ on a pair of sneakers.... thats a few outfits!!!
