You can't go wrong with black pumps! Flats would also be cute

I do think plain flats will be ok-- heels alter your silhouette a tiny bit (muscles in legs, core engaged, butt slightly out) that can make one look better in bodycon clothing. However, if you feel your body looks good in the bodycon dress with flats, I think it will look fine.
