It depends on the length of skirt & your age. If you are adult with good legs & wear mini skirt then you must wear nude panty. If you want to exhibit your skin then you can wear sheer panty & even you can do away with any panty under your mini skirt. Go without any panty and make the day for others who see you wearing nothing under mini skirt.

it depends how short the skirt is, if its so short you can see the panties without bending over you probably shouldnt be wearing it anyway. probably a good idea to invest in some spandex booty shorts or nude panties.

If you're a minor, it's looked down upon because you should be in school trying to learn with our horrible educational system, not worrying about whether or not it's appropriate to wear sheer panties under a miniskirt. If you're an adult, then you should just think about how people will view you. If you want people to think you're "up for grabs" then, go ahead, you do you boo. But if you don't want that, or the disgusting looks, then I would op one or the other out. It really depends on how you view yourself, if you want to be viewed as "that kind of girl" then you are certainly free to do so.
