Tell your mum that you really need a bra and that it's stupid that you are not wearing one already. Mention how they hurt when you run and need support (like previously mentioned) and say that you dont want them to go saggy from not wearing a bra. Perhaps start with one with less or no padding then ease her up to the idea then start buying whatever ones you want.
