Wear a bandeau. You would have to try on a few colors to see which looks best but I imagine black or white would look great!
A nude bra... it will totally disappear under the top, and show the top off to it's best advantage.
I would wear a camisole under it, that's either the same length or a little longer.
you could wear those mini pads that cover only your nipple
