If you like vintage then thrift shop! Like literally that is the best way to get vintages clothes for cheap! Just look up thrift shopping tips on google! Also, you can buy clothes at thrift stores and DIY them too! There's like and infinite number of DIY clothes tutorials online, just start searching for the kinds you like. One last thing, if you don't want to thrift shop but still want cheap clothes then go to Plato's Closet. It actually is thrift shop but they only take new/gently worn name brand items!
