AEO or Aero usually have sales going on. For jeans I would suggest AEO, because that's what they're mostly known for. Plus, they have an amazing variety of styles and sizes. Aero usually has some cheap, but nice shirts, and Journeys has Converse All-Stars from about 40-50 dollars. But you may go over budget. Hope I could help!

Hey! I'm going to be a Freshman to!!! Well, yeah. Not sure if ur a girl or a guy. But if you don't mind getting used clothes is the only thing I can think of. Plato's closet has really nice used stuff for cheap! I got a Abercrombie and Fitch teeshirt for only $2 there. But getting clothes at Walmart or places like that won't last. So it would be better to get stuff you actually like even if it's been kinda used. :) Hope I helped! :)

The only way you are going to be able to get everything on that list is if you buy things at a garage sale or thrift store OR if you are okay shopping online and not getting "name brand"
