Ooh. Okay, well, as the other person said, brown and black don't go together. I would tell you not to wear the black tights under shorts because that's not the best idea anyway but the grey shorts and brown jacket still wouldn't look great. Go for the green headphones if you really want to listen to music, but they might look a little tacky with the red. You should wear the necklace if it's minimalistic. If it's gaudy and bright it'll look very bad.
