It looks really pretty, it doesn't look bad, but wear a pair of shoes that match like flip flops or sandals. It will look really good.

It is fine. The glaring colours detract from the figure flattering aspect of the outfit, and is contrasted by the monochrome shawl. Not quite the combination that makes any statement one way or the other about yourself though.
