hi, i think the stitched part might be the kali type open lehenga, first you need to drape it, taking mid section to be tucked on mid-line waist inner skirt. then you an simply follow the basic steps of right to left tucking and shoulder drape. no lower drape pleats are involved. Just wrap around and bring in front across shoulder.
