If you have any other burst of colour, you should match the earrings with that. (For example: blue shoes=blue earrings, red belt=red earrings.) If you don't have any other colour bursts, and don't have champagne coloured earrings, I would suggest something simple, like pearls or even just a plain gold earring without embellishments. If you've got a pair of plain gold hanging earrings, those would be nice too, because they would go with the collage.
