Personally, I usually hate everything leopard print (simply because I think it looks really trashy) so I really like the second one! I like the studs (I'm assuming) on the backpack and the leather-y type look to it, which will not only match lots of outfits, but also give you an edgier look to whatever you wear.
I personally liked the second one. The colour is more versatile. The first one just seems too loud and busy.
The second one would be cute with a lot of outfits while the first would probably match only a few. The second one also has this badass feel around it so you can change up the aura of your outfit that day should you use it.
