A guy can dress and look like a girl if he chooses too. It's society that puts a standard on what guys are suppose to wear. You may get laughed at foe wearing what you want, but if you are more comfy in a dress wear one. it is not against the law and as long as you are covered with any type of clothing.
I see more guys wearing makeup, girls jeans and tops more today, the dresses are a little more obvious, but you can wear one if you want.

Most of the tops girls wear today are almost unisex, so wear a girls top too.
