Just wear a bikini and wear the shorts over the top, I understand what you're going through, put some bio oil on them to try and make them fade a bit but I think you should go without the shorts, I understand you want no one to see them but you'll never see those people again and it'll attract more attention wearing shorts in the pool, I'd suggest not wearing them, good luck
