if the dress maker messed up, you can take it back. as for not feeling confident, that's your problem....but most people will probably be too drunk to remember what they were wearing let alone anyone else.

Take it back to the dressmaker, stat! Tell them you are not satisfied and that you expect them to fix it to your liking free of charge.

You should probably take it back ASAP to the one who made it & make a few changes trust a few changes can make a big difference good luck (:
