I agree with the prior posts. Perhaps you can find a similar style but without the rhinestones. I do consider rhinestones more of a "female" style.
Honestly, I feel like it could come off as a bit douchey. That might be because I feel like rhinestones are generally quite tacky on anyone, guy or girl. Maybe try to find the same shape and brand just without the diamonds!
It's hard to say without a picture. If I saw any guy wearing DG glasses, i would just think they're very fashionable and preppy. The rhinestones, however, may look a little feminine.
